MSNBC- CARSON CITY, Nev. – A Las Vegas man won a courtroom battle Wednesday with the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles over his “HOE” license plate, which the agency tried to cancel on grounds that he was using a slang reference to prostitutes.

The high court said the DMV based its opposition to William Junge’s plate on definitions found in the Web-based Urban Dictionary, which includes user contributions. Justices ruled that the contributed definitions “do not always reflect generally accepted definitions for words.”

Junge, whose case was pursued by the American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada, said he got the “HOE” plate in 1999 for his Chevy Tahoe, after being told “TAHOE” wasn’t available. Click here to continue.

If you keep reading the story you’ll see that the guy that had the plate is 60 years old.  Yes that six zero, so it’s pretty ridiculous to say he meant it to refer to sluts that bang fat loser for 5 bucks. There is only one condition that he meant it that way and one condition only. That is he’s an x-pimp still stuck in his glory days waaay back in the 70’s and was wearing a zebra looking coat with a huge fur collar,  gold teeth and a stupid purple hat when they decided to yank it from him. If not, I think it’s safe to assume that Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles is just trying to find shit to do to feel make themselves feel important and worthy of keeping a job. What a waste of the tax payer’s money as usual. Not for nothing, if you are going to tell people what kind of vanity plates they can’t have than start with the conceited morons in Porsches that have the GOD, KING, THEMAN etc plates. Those guys are soooo fucking gay.  Anyways, I thought I should post this so that all you sexy fist pumper chicks in Las Vegas would know that HOE plate is already taken. Sorry about the bad news. All this talk about vanity plates makes me want to go get one. I wonder if  HUGEDICK is already taken? If not I guess I could settle for BIGDICK.
